In my opinion, hands-down the best catering in the Upstate! Not only do I recommend them to every bride I work with, I used them, for my own wedding.
Moving to Greenville, SC in 1999, he brings a distinctive culinary flair to the Upstate. In addition to his passion for cooking, he has a passion for people. He greets clients as friends and seeks to build relationships instead of customers. Whether catering to a wedding for 500 or an intimate dinner party for two, Chef Granata works to make each event unique and customized. Michael thinks in themes, textures and colors which truly sets him apart in cuisine creations.
Granata has won numerous awards, including the New York Guild of Chefs “Chef of the Year” and two Silver Medals as Culinary Team Captain of the New York Guild of Chefs. He still serves as the Chairman of the Board of the New York Guild of Chefs, which is an elected position. Granata also holds two records in the Guinness Book of Records and is always looking for the right opportunity to earn another!
